FAQ

Shares, fees, timing and risks for the MUSD vault.

Which vault should a new integration use?

The September 23 V2 deployment. See Deployments. The August pilot remains available to existing holders and has a separate dMUSD token.

What do I receive?

dMUSD shares in your wallet. Their MUSD value follows the published share price. Only funds invested in Spark earn yield; cash and funds in transit do not.

Why can TVL differ from the visible balances?

TVL uses the last published NAV, while balance reads and bridge activity refresh separately. Bridge/swap costs, accrued yield and MUSD/USDC exchange rates can change value between NAV posts. Transfer history is not an additional balance to add to TVL.

When does the share price update?

Normally when a withdrawal batch closes. Deposits use the last published price, which can lag current value. The liveness heartbeat does not publish NAV.

How do I get my funds back?

Request a withdrawal, wait for batch funding, then claim. Cancel only while the batch is Open. Timing depends on operators, liquidity and bridge settlement; it is not guaranteed. See Withdrawals.

What does it cost?

No protocol deposit or withdrawal fee. Bridge and swap costs are paid by the vault and reduce share value. You pay transaction gas in BTC on Mezo.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Smart-contract, bridge, venue and operational failures, stablecoin price changes and costs can reduce the share price or delay withdrawals. The displayed APY is not a guaranteed return.
