Features constant transfer fee powered by CCTP and Stargate and cross chain command passing via Bridge Receiver.

The feature expands stealth transfer by allowing parallel passing of 2 cross chain messages for transferring of value and creating gelato task to wait for the assets to come and execute deferred operations. Indexation is more complicated due to “gelato time gap”.
